Frequently Asked Questions
How do I update my rates or contact details?
Contact our team via WhatsApp or email. Only admins can update rates and contact information to ensure accuracy and consistency across the platform.
How is the 10% commission calculated?
The commission is 10% of the total job value, excl. VAT. Example: £400 job → £40 CMM fee → £360 net to you. This is shown automatically when you close a job.
How do I close a job?
Go to the Jobs tab → find the scheduled job → click "Close Job" → fill in the date, hours worked and total value → click Close Job. The status updates automatically and the earnings are recorded.
How do I pay my commission?
Go to Earnings → click the PAY button next to the job → transfer the amount to our bank account using the job number as reference → click "I have paid". Our team will confirm once we receive the payment.
Can I update my photos and description?
Yes, at any time from the Profile tab. You can update your logo, up to 4 company photos, and your company description. The first photo will be the cover of your carousel shown to clients.
How do I download my Check My Move Approved seal?
Go to your Dashboard (home page) and click the "Download Seal" button. You can use this on your website, social media and printed materials.
